Nomura Asset Management started operations in Malaysia in December 2006. As a group, we have been managing monies on behalf of Malaysian investors since 1994 from outside of Malaysia. In December 2006, Nomura Asset Management established local presence in Malaysia as the group is committed in growing with its clients and investors locally. It subsequently established an Islamic asset management entity in January 2008.
We offer investment solutions via unit trust/wholesale funds as well as segregated investment portfolios. Trusted by global institutional investors, we adapt traditional Japanese philosophies to the modern investor’s needs to maintain quality and consistency in our investment strategy.
